Welcome to the final video of the Ultimate Probiotic Smoothie program.

Today you’re going to get something special.

Something that allows you to put into action everything you’ve discovered on revitalising your gut health.

And that’s my Ultimate Probiotic Smoothie recipe.

A breakfast drink that takes minutes to prepare, yet is PACKED with gut enriching probiotics, fertilizing prebiotics, and sugar metabolizing digestive enzymes.

All vital nutrients for revitalising your gut health, and aLL in a natural form that’s highly absorbable.

This means they get welcomed by your gut microbes as friends and can rapidly colonise it with healthy bacteria.

Unlike supplements that can get shoved through and into the toilet bowl.

In just a second I’ll reveal what the 3 secret ingredients in my recipe are.

But first, you’ll be pleased to know they’re not sauerkraut, kimchi or kombucha.

While these foods are packed with probiotics they’re an acquired taste to say the least.

And putting them in a smoothie would be weird.

So let’s get started on the first special Ingredient.

It’s a type of Fermented Milk.

A fermented milk that goat herders in the Caucasus mountains of Eastern Turkey drink to boost their vitality.

You’ve probably heard of it before.

It’s called Kefir. You can buy it premade in your local supermarket, or make your own at home.

I’ve added full instructions on how to make it in the recipe book I’ll be emailing you shortly.

So why did I choose kefir? For the simple reason that kefir is overflowing with probiotic strains.

Most probiotic supplements only have 4 or 5 strains.

Whereas a 100 millilitre glass of kefir has 30 strains.

So you get SIX TIMES more probiotic strains than a typical supplement, yet for a fraction of the price.

Onto special Ingredient # 2.

And this is a herbal root used in gut health remedies for over 2,000 years.

Dating all the way back to the time of the Pharoahs of Ancient Egypt in fact.

And a root that Cleopatra herself is believed to have strewn under her bed when seducing the Roman General Mark Anthony.

Now whether this actually happened or not may never be proven.

Yet what is proven by modern scientists is that this root may be the most potent natural source of prebiotics in the world.

It’s called Chicory Root.

It tastes a bit like coffee.

And it’s already a popular coffee bean substitute.

Yet it’s its wealth of health benefits that may excite you more.

Because Chicory root is packed with polyphenols.

Polyphenols are like plant based anti-inflammatories

And it’s its abundance of polyphenols that explain why chicory root has so many potential health benefits.

This includes helping to slow digestion, to support a healthy liver, lower blood sugar, and even balance cholesterol.

Yet more importantly, chicory root contains prebiotic fibres called “inulin”.

Inulin’s ability to rapidly grow healthy bacteria makes it the king of prebiotic fibres.

And having it in my smoothie offers a remarkable benefit you won’t find in any overpriced probiotic supplement.

Because inulin BOOSTS how quickly kefir’s 30 strains of probiotics can spread and colonise the gut.

So in my smoothie, you get both the food and the fertilizer for revitalising your microbiome in every gulp.

Yet that’s only two of the special ingredients in my Ultimate Probiotic Smoothie.

The third is a caribbean fruit.

It’s not a pineapple or mango, but a banana.

Bananas are packed with the enzymes amylase and maltase.

These help break down sugars and carbs so they can be used as energy, instead of left in the blood stream as glucose or stored as fat.

So there you go.

Those are the 3 special ingredients in my Ultimate Probiotic Smoothie.

Here’s the complete recipe:

  • 1/2 cup kefir
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chicory root (or powder)
  • 1 handful greens (spinach or kale)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds 1 chopped celery stalk
  • ½ cup water

But there’s no need to scribble this all down, because I’ll be emailing you my Ultimate Probiotic Smoothie recipe book shortly.

Which along with the recipe, includes all the information covered in this course.

And it also includes a special bonus.

Because as a reward for completing all 5 days, I’ve included 14 extra probiotic smoothie recipes.

This includes smoothies for weight loss, stronger bones and joints, healthy hair, skin and nails, and a smoothie for getting an energy boost.

This now brings us to the end of The Ultimate Probiotic Smoothie program.

I hope you’ve found the information useful.

And you now have a better understanding of the vital role probiotics, prebiotics and digestive enzymes play in gut health.

Yet if you still want to discover even more about gut health, I’ve got GREAT news for you.

As this 5 day program is just a taster of all the information I have to share on gut health.

Because while my Ultimate Probiotic Smoothie can replenish your microbiome with vital nutrients, on its own it may not be enough to repair gut problems that have developed over many years.

If you suffer from inflammatory conditions like:

Food intolerances, Allergies, Acne, Eczema, Joint pain, Low energy, Brain fog, High blood sugar, or high cholesterol, then we need to go deeper into healing and strengthening your gut.

Because these are all signs of chronic inflammation.

And if chronic inflammation is left to fester, it can result in one of the 4 big killers.

Heart disease, diabetes, Alzheimer’s or even Cancer.

But sadly, you’ll never hear about this in a doctor’s office.

Because mainstream medicine’s focus is prescribing medications for symptoms.

Not addressing root causes.

It only knows what to do after a chronic disease has infested the body.

It’s seemingly clueless at preventing chronic diseases from starting in the first place.

Now, after having done so much research into gut health, I felt it my duty to do something to fix this problem.

So what I’ve done is create a 30 day course that guides you on how to relieve or even reverse inflammatory conditions and lower the risk of chronic disease through revitalised gut health.

Now, relieving inflammatory conditions through improved gut health is a HUGELY complex and hotly debated topic.

I’ve already taken too much of your time today.

So I’ll share another video with you tomorrow that explains how my extended course helps you to heal, strengthen, and revitalize your gut’s immune system in as little as 30 days.

Or if don’t want to wait and would like to know what it covers right now, click the link below this video.

Otherwise, if relieving or even reversing inflammatory symptoms like brain fog, lethargy, skin breakouts, and high blood sugar sounds good to you.

Or you’d like to know how to lower your risk of chronic disease in the future.

Make sure you watch tomorrow’s video.

As always, thanks for your time and attention.

Any questions, pop them into the comments.

And I look forward to speaking with you again tomorrow on how we can continue our journey to better gut health together.
