This now brings me to how I developed my Ultimate Probiotic Smoothie.

It took a lot of trial and error to work out the recipe, I can tell you!

After getting a list of nature’s most potent probiotics, prebiotics, and digestive enzymes from Gareth…

I rushed to Trader Joe’s to load up on all the fruits, seeds, and other special ingredients he recommended.

I then spent HOURSpainstakingly trying out all sorts of combos.  

After each smoothie creation, I noted down the ingredients, the precise quantities, and whether it passed the taste test.

I roped Billy into my kitchen table experiments. And even with his sweet tooth, I was able to whip up a smoothie he LOVED.

The one constant was that every smoothie must contain my 3 special gut revitalizing ingredients.

Special Ingredient # 1 – World’s Most Potent Probiotic Found in the Caucasus Mountains

Most probiotic supplements often only have 4 or 5 strains of healthy bacteria.

Whereas this type of yogurt, which originates in the barren Caucasus Mountains, contains as many as 30 strains of good bacteria.

This is SIX TIMES more than you’d get in a typical probiotic supplement. 

And the good news is you don’t have to hike across the Caucasus Mountains to get hold of this yogurt.

You can buy it from most large food stores ready made.

Eating Your Way to a Healthy Gut 

Gareth is truly a walking encyclopedia when it comes to natural health.

Because he also emailed me a copy of his eBook “Eat Your Way to a Healthy Gut”.

This explained exactly what foods to eat and when to improve my gut health.

It also had two meal plans to follow for gut repair and then maintenance.

So after reading it, I cleared out my fridge.

Before that, I want you to know I didn’t just stop at changing my diet.

I started to exercise too. 

I began taking the stairs at work and going for brisk walks with Billy after dinner (I know he’d rather play video games, but fresh air does him good).

I also started doing light workout routines in my front room before work.

Now, while all these changes did take a while to have an effect…

After a couple of weeks my stomach wasn’t rumbling like thunder within 20 minutes of eating…

My cramps faded to a murmur

And my stomach no longer inflated like a balloon after meals.

Yet the most obvious sign that my digestion had improved was in my bathroom habits.

No longer was I having to rush out of the room within minutes of eating. 

And best of all…

No longer did I have to wait at the school gates in fear, dreading a sudden landslide in my bowels.

I can’t tell you what a relief it is to stop having my enjoyment of life RUINED by IBS. 

Instead I finally have a digestive system that works… a gut able to break food down into nutrients like it’s supposed to… and a body filled with the energy to seize the day!

And I gained another surprising benefit I wasn’t expecting…

I LOST WEIGHT!

I don’t know if it was because of the smoothies… my gut healthy diet… my workout sessions… or, most likelyall three together.

But whatever it is, it’s WORKING!

The wobbly sacks of flat on my upper arms have started deflating.

I’ve even been able to slide into my favorite pair of jeans again for the first time in years!

I seem to be getting sidelong glances from the single dads at Billy’s school (or maybe it’s just my imagination. Ha ha!)

These changes have all been such a revelation I knew I couldn’t keep it all to myself.
